Teacher Strike Still On In Chicago Day 3 9/12/12

Karen Lewis, the Chicago Teachers Union president, has called Mayor Rahm Emanuel a "bully."

 Apparently, the prime stumblingblock is teacher evaluation attached to student test performance.

Some say Karen Lewis, teacher leader,  is a match for Rahn Emanuel, mayor of Chicago.
