Minnie the Moocher is a jazz song recorded by Cab Calloway and His Orchestra. It is famous for its text and improvised with no apparent sense (for example, Heidi heidi heidi hi). During the exhibition, in Calloway liked to have the participation of the public who asked to repeat each phrase in a form of "call and response" typical of the genre, sometimes Calloway's sentences are so long and complex that the audience bursts into loud laughter to the difficulty found in the exact repetition of the text.
