Under sequestration , Congress cut $2.5 billion from federal education funding in fiscal year 2013, including $579 million from special education funding (IDEA Part B). News media have reported that schools and students are feeling the pain everywhere.
Now it's time for you to tell your story. How have budget cuts caused by
